Providers of Residential, Respite & Dementia Care in Leeds

neville-house-accom-new[1]
Neville House's compact 22 bed size means that all the staff and residents know each other. There’s a genuine community feel to the place and this really helps our residents to enjoy life more.
Our home consists of single rooms, some with en-suites. All our rooms are furnished to a very high standard and have a portable call bell system.
We encourage residents to bring their own furniture, pictures and ornaments that may make them feel more at home. All rooms however come fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, single bed and bedside cabinet

Social Rooms

There is two lounges to choose from. There is a large lounge with a television, DVD’s, books, newspapers, magazines and various board games are also available, this is where most of our internal entertainment takes place.
The smaller lounge overlooks the garden, this also has a TV in place as well as a radio and DVD player. This is a quieter area where some residents prefer to sit with a coffee or a cuppa and look out into the garden or read the paper

Activities

Residents are encouraged to pursue hobbies and leisure interests of their choice. The home has lively activity sessions most afternoons including music appreciation, exercise sessions, art, reading, gardening, painting and various games.
Individual needs and wishes are identified in care plans, taking into account the resident’s abilities. We also respect absolutely each resident’s right not to participate in group activities and will arrange one-to-one activity sessions according to need.
